Veggy Eggy Crunchy is fried egg with added values of various vegetables. when we r bored with the same old egg fry, it works like a charm.

Yoghurt -few spoons
Pepper Powder
Olive Oil
Salt

For Toppings:
Capsicum-1
Mushroom medium 8 pieces
Potato medium – 1

To garnish:
Coriander leaves
Onion
Soy sauce
